Ladies 2s struggled to get a team together for the game on Saturday and arrived in Loddon with 10 ladies only. You wouldn't have known the team were a player down though, the game was enjoyable and the team played as, just that, a team! With good cover as players slipped in and out of position. 2 excellent goals from Anna Jackson and another from Sarah Elliot saw north norfolk ladies 2s 3 nil up at half time. The rain at this point bucketed down, so a short break from as taken and all moved back on the pitch. North had some very good chances and Fran Musgrove could be seen swooping in on the attacking D on several occasions, but unfortunately the goal couldn't be found. Loddon had a couple of breaks leading to short corners in the second half, but these were well defended by Jane Delph, Jo Todd and Isabel Christophers leading to a game ending with a win for North and no further goals.
