NNHC Mens 2nds match report

Well after a long summers wait hockey is back! And what an opening game it was. With the heat and a team of 11 against us we knew we had to put a performance in and we sure did that. After a lovely team play, a perfectly timed chip, an amazing reverse hit and a lot of brilliant hockey we finished the first half 6-1 up.
The 2nd half we could tell the heat and fitness was starting to get to us, a couple chances missed that could have put us even more ahead in the game but we were very unlucky not to go in. Second half finished 6-1 a great all around solid performance from the team! No better way than to start the season with 3 points!
