Well done all the Junior Boys who as part of the build up to the Regional Championships on 24th Feb were last Saturday guests of Beeston Hall School. The boys were all great ambassadors of the club and put in some fantastic performances.

It's always good to hear a different voice at training, and even better if that voice is Bob Hammond. He got things rolling with some exciting group drills which went down really well. The session was longer than our boys are used to and the extra time allowed everyone to engage in a more relaxed manner, and mixing with the boys from the school meant there were also some exciting new personal challenges to take on.

We finished off with an hour long mini tournament:
NNHC U12s played Beeston U13 A's - who were just back from the Eastern IAPS tournament. The Beeston boys displayed exemplary finishing and despite NNHC leading in one of the games Beeston deserved their 3-1 and 1-0 victories.
NNHC then played Beeston B's and notched up a great 1-0 win (well done GH) and notched up a draw against Beeston C's.

NNHC U10s played the Beeston Colts in an exciting and fast paced game and came out 3-2 winners.

We do need to mention U12 players SM and LG who put in extra special performances and U10 goalscorers RF and HH.
