The 3s travelled to a wet Taverham to face a strong Norwich City 7s side. City came out hard and despite some good defending took an early lead. North hit back quickly with Stu Bunyan clinically converting their first real opportunity before then adding second. However City pulled one back to leave to it level at the break.
After some chances for both sides City regained the lead. This was short lived when Ryan Ely converted following a short to level things up. City pressed for a winner but the defence held firm, with Kelby Light, in particular putting in an impressive shift as sweeper. A well earned point with a bare 11.
